In
February of 2002, an alliance was formed between
the Bank of Ann Arbor and Paul Zaccagni and
Dave Franzen to form the Bank of Ann Arbor’s
Wholesale Lending Division. The goal of the
division is to provide the mortgage broker
community with a friendly, sensible and simple
solution to get their loans underwritten and
table funded.
While the Bank maintains their headquarters
in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the Wholesale
Lending Division is located in a northern
Detroit suburb, Madison Heights.
